Service Desk Support Analyst £19,800
This is a full-time position for 37 hours per week Shift basis, from 07:30 – 18:00

The role
In our unique Service Desk environment, you’ll focus on providing the very best customer service to our customers in government. But you won’t do this alone. You’ll have the full support of a friendly team and access to lots of training. Day-to-day, you’ll log, prioritise and assign service calls. You’ll always aim to resolve problems in a way that causes minimum disruption. Keen to learn, you’ll quickly develop your IT knowledge, maintain a professional attitude and have a positive impact.
Your profile
You’ll have great customer service experience and the ability to use Microsoft Office applications. We’ll also expect you to work confidently to deadlines, juggling different tasks and priorities. You might also have a background in providing specific IT support, along with experience of using call logging systems.
