Description:

We are looking for a hand on Product Manager who can take on the challenge of owning product within our roadmap and taking ownership of those areas. Working in a fast-paced start up this will be an exciting role and involves getting your hands dirty in the doing, as well as the planning and thinking needed of a higher-level strategic product manager role. You should have some project management experience as this role is not just about the strategy, it is about working with the teams and respective team leads to also get it delivered. Responsibilities:

Design stand out user journeys from conceptualisation to delivery which create a great experience for our customers.
Manage / Chair the internal and customer product meetings to define the solution roadmap for the mobile apps and associated platform services.
Work closely with the creative and engineering teams during the product development life cycle to ensure our solution meets the customer and consumer's needs.
Define product specifications using clear and consistent user stories with the associated acceptance criteria and specification documented.
To ensure any product gaps / defects / opportunities are raised to the senior management team and fitted in to the roadmap as agreed.
Working with designers and UX writers on your products, focussing on high quality & consistent UI & copy.
Working with all business stakeholders to prioritise the team's roadmap and around bugs, new features, UI tweaks managing against any resource constraints.Experience:

Be self-motivated and driven to deliver a great product for our customers & App consumers.
Have at least 3 years' experience in Product Management Lifecyle, critically in a start-up or tech SME and understand what it is to work within those type of environments.
Have previous experience working in a product which has a heavy backend / cloud integration and many links to external 3rdparty services.
Experience in products that are mobile app and web based is essential to ensure you can manage the overall solution and your product areas remain part of the full product roadmap.
You should be comfortable collaborating with others on complex product challenges, having an eye for detail in spotting imperfections.
Be able to analyse the output and feedback from customer and team meetings to ensure these are prioritised as needed and fed into the product roadmap and development plans.
Strong communication skills – ability to communicate complex and technical information clearly and work with partners to understand root cause.
