How can you change it up?

You’ll be taking the lead on the development and delivery of our Active Network Automation and Tooling across the technology lifecycle, ensuring that solutions are developed at pace in a standardised, supportable and secure manner.

Engineering and operational excellence is a key priority, so your focus will be on producing MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) configuration at telco-scale, in a defect free and efficient way.

Some of the other areas your role will focus on are:

* Interpreting internal or external business requirements and developing solutions or best practices

* Creating and contributing to High-level and Low-level designs, test plans and Method of Procedures

* Solving complex problems – taking a broad perspective to identify solutions

* Identifying applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems

* Acting as an expert within your own function and as an escalation point, leveraging specialised subject matter expertise

* Leading functional teams or projects, acting as a best practise or quality resource

What will you bring to the role?

You’ll have specialist depth and breadth knowledge of engineering and automation at scale leveraging CI/CD pipelines, highly developed analytical and programming skills, a strong understanding of WAN/MAN network architecture, technologies, and protocols as well as experience of mixed vendor environments, platform and operational life cycle, and overcoming scaling challenges.
