Working Hours – 10AM-6PM Plus on call
Perfect People have been retained to find 2 X Senior Microsoft & Infrastructure Support Engineer and 1 X Support Manager for our client, an award-winning Cloud and Managed services provider
All positions required ASAP and ideally installed by March 2022.
Engagement overview
2 X Support engineers required to manage a US-based companies Microsoft estate Including;
Desktop Management
O365
On-premise
Cloud Infrastructure
Licensing
Azure Cloud Environment
The support Engineers will be responsible for providing 2nd & 3rd line support to over 600 users.
The successful individual will have vast experience in the following:
Mandatory
Incident Management
Problem Management
Change Management
Engage with contracted vendors for support-related assistance.
Active Directory Administration and Support
O365 Administration and Support
SharePoint Support
Azure Administration/Support (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS),
MDM
Routing/Switching TCP/IP
Sophos Firewalls
Anti-Virus
Desirable
Azure Accredited (highly-desirable)
Azure design experience
SQL/Oracle – advantageous
