Senior IT Support Engineer – Client Facing – Milton Keynes – £30,000 – £35,000

My client in Milton Keynes has a new position available for an experience Senior IT Support Engineer. They're looking for someone to come in and help support users with IT issues. This is a varied and interesting position within a reputable and fast-growing organisation. This business will offer career progression and opportunities to move up into a more Senior Infrastructure Support Role.

Within this role you would provide high quality face-to-face or remote support to non-technical people whilst recording support issues and service requests in the incident ticketing system. Also, you would resolve issues with IT systems and business applications, seeking help from other members of the IT team when necessary.

Skills Needed:
** Experience with Windows Server
** Active Directory, Group policy
** Exchange / Office 365
** Exposure and knowledge of different Windows products
** Experience with bespoke application support
** Experience with VMware / Hyper-V

This position will require the candidate to travel to clients, primarily in the home counties (80%) as well as across the UK (20%). A car and driving licence are required.
