Recruiting now for a Senior Escalation Support Engineer (£40,000 – £60,000), Milton Keynes

My client's Managed Services team is growing due to business expansion and are looking to recruit a driven and passionate Senior Escalation Support Engineer.

They are looking for candidates with knowledge and a passion for technology, troubleshooting and learning who is hard working and driven. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and knowledge transfer to colleagues and will be capable of managing relevant internal processes that fall in line with the responsibilities of the role.

They are looking for someone who has the following:

Experience troubleshooting
Excellent communication skills
The ability to schedule and manage tasks efficiently
A passion and interest in IT
A team player with the ability to work alone where necessary, and a keen learner.
One or more of the following certifications: MCSA, MCSE or an Azure/Office 365 equivalent.Key Skills (not essential):

Office 365
Microsoft Azure
Microsoft Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019
SQL Server including clusters/AlwaysOn
Active Directory including clusters and GPOs
Basic routing, switching & firewall rules
LAN/WAN troubleshooting skills
Strong desktop troubleshooting skills
Multi-Factor Authentication & Conditional Access knowledge
Develop & maintain documentation relating to customer environments and processes
