As our Scrum Product Manager, you will be responsible for the ideation, prioritisation and delivery of epics and user stories for the eCommerce roadmap. You will represent the stakeholders and be the voice of the customer, and you will be accountable for ensuring that the team delivers value to the business.

What you will be doing as our Scrum Product Manager:

Setting user story priority from the product backlog, participating in planning and providing expert advice on user stories

Participating in team planning meetings and providing advice, clarification and guidance during the execution of each Sprint

Inspecting, accepting or rejecting completed work from the development cycle

Assisting the development team with release planning, functional research, and release testing.

Presenting user stories to the product teams in grooming and design sessions, ensuring that new functionality meets the acceptance criteria so the work can be designated as complete

Ensuring that the product backlog is constantly prioritised to secure delivery of maximum business value as well as managing ROI dashboard on delivered capabilities

What we’re looking for in our Scrum Product Manager:

Extensive experience in Product Management, Agile development or within eCommerce

Excellent knowledge of English, spoken and written. Other language skills such as Dutch and/or German would be a distinct advantage

Customer Focus; dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers

Drive for Results; can be counted on to exceed goals successfully

Presentation Skills; is effective in a variety of formal presentation settings

Innovation Management; has good judgement about which creative ideas and suggestions will work
