We are looking for a SAP Success Factors Trainer (Digital Learning Trainer (ERP)) to start at the OU ASAP for a fixed term contract until January 2022. The role is full time and paying up to £50,000 per annum.
The role
This is an exciting time to join The Open University as they embark on large-scale core systems replacement (CSR) programme across the whole of The OU. In support of a successful implementation, we require a new SAP Trainer whom has an excellent understanding of SAP SuccessFactors to successfully design, deliver and continually evaluate a training programme to support the ERP element of the Core Systems Replacement Programme.
This role encompasses the entire learning cycle where you will be working closely with other OU teams in developing an effective training plan for the needs of OU staff members across the UK. As the training programme evolves over time, you will evaluate the effectiveness to help influence future releases of the CSR Training Programme. The role holder will be working with and using SAP SuccessFactors on a daily basis, so experience of training SAP functionality is imperative.
Skills and experience
This role will suit you if you:
Have extensive experience of training SAP SuccessFactors functionality
Experience in facilitating a training provision in a multi-faceted environment that encompasses a variety of roles, teams and individuals.
Are a strong communicator, both verbally and in the written form, and are able to influence, establish credibility and assert authority as appropriate
Possess a proven ability in seeking resolutions to problems in a timely, effective manner, working with autonomy but considerate of impact on others.
