The OU is looking to recruit a SAP Finance Lead Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.
The role
The OU is going through a large-scale Core Systems Replacement Programme (CSR) and as part of this SAP is being implemented as the OU's financial system of record. This has created a new, innovative team in IT titled the ERP Products Team who require a Lead Analyst to maintain, configure and enhance the Finance business area within SAP.
As a Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for leading a team of SAP Finance (FI/CA) analysts, including coaching and development as well as monitoring performance and setting objectives. On a day to day basis you will be providing professional and competent leadership in the field of business systems analysis.
Skills and experience
Do you possess a degree or an equivalent professional qualification or demonstrable and proven track record in Business Analysis?
Are you a confident line manager with previous leadership experience?
Do you have a strong understanding of techniques for requirements definition, process analysis and data modelling?
