SAAS Sales Executive
An exciting position has become available for a full-time SAAS Sales Executive based in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will work 37.5 per week or as required to achieve your target.
The candidate will earn a basic of £30,000 – £35,000 OTE Uncapped + Flexible package.
To succeed you will need to be a driven, success-oriented individual with a proven record of exceeding sales targets, a high level of commitment and a strong desire to be part of a highly successful software brand.
Candidates should have strong previous business to business sales experience conducting online & on-site demos and closing deals. Candidates should have a strong emphasis on acquiring new customers. Though you will be passed leads, your own lead generation will be a vital part of the role. Experience within the SaaS sector is essential, experience in the security and/ or cleaning sectors is an advantage.
Successful candidates will need to pass a background check.
Role Requirements
1-2 years of experience working within SAAS sales/business development in B2B.
Experience successfully selling technology products ideally as SaaS.
You have a successful track record selling software solutions directly to companies; you are experienced in rapid sales cycles.
You’re persuasive, and have excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
You are comfortable articulating the technical and business value of our acclaimed workforce management system.
You’re highly competitive, ramp-up quickly, are extremely adaptive, and have the drive to regularly meet and exceed sales goals.
Able to travel as needed to meet with prospects, attend industry events and company meetings.
Experience in researching and engaging with security and cleaning companies would be a distinct advantage.
Role Responsibilities
Introduce B2B prospects to the company’s award winning workforce management solution.
Present the SaaS solution via online demos and onsite client visits.
Using your hunter’s mentality to identify, qualify & close sales.
Articulate the value proposition, and build value throughout the negotiation process and thought-out the contract term.
Delivering a constant flow of new leads through emails, outbound and inbound calls.
Maintain account and opportunity details in Zoho CRM.
Forecast and report revenue projections to management and deliver a predictable pipeline to drive forecast accuracy.
