One of the largest and most successful estate agency and property services providers in the UK are in the exciting and ongoing process of automating an increasing number of the processes that are central to their business and are looking for an RPA developer to join their team.
You'll be joining a relatively new RPA team that has been operating for about a year and now needs to expand to accommodate the increasing role that their work is taking in our clients work.
That is what's so exciting about this role! Our client understands just how much value RPA can bring to their business, and they know the process has only just begun. So not only will you play an integral role in carrying out the shift to increased automation, but you'll also have the opportunity to identify new, previously unrecognised, opportunities for automation throughout the business. In a mixed and diverse role you'll not only carry out the management of existing processes, but also be responsible for the creation of new ones. You'll also be ideally placed to expand your existing skills and knowledge of RPA, as our client has a close relationship with Blue Prism, market leaders in automation software. As such you'll be given the opportunity to undertake further training with Blue Prisms cutting-edge software and rewarded for doing so.
You will have an eye for detail and a mind for processes, able to identify which processes need re-engineering to improve efficiency and which are candidates for automation. You will be proficient both in the creation of new processes and the management of existing ones. In the medium to long term, you will work closely with a range of developers to identify and outline the strategy for the ongoing and ever-expanding automation of processes.

To be considered you will either be an experienced RPA developer (we are open to which technology you are using) or you will have some development skills in other areas but will have a very keen interest in RPA / Robotic Process Automation. We ware considering all levels of experience from 1 year in industry up to experienced developers.
