About the role:
They are currently seeking a Property Systems Specialist to join their Property Operations team. The main purpose of this role is to provide initial induction and ongoing training for staff regarding operational systems such as Total Mobile, DRS, Open Housing and Webfleet. Your main responsibilities will include:
Ensuring that all new starters are full trained on how to use relevant systems as part of their induction
Acting as the first point of contact when staff are unsure of anything relating to IT systems or equipment
Carrying out regular checks to ensure that equipment is being utilised correctly
Maintaining clear and up to date records of training plans and outcomes
Acting as Systems Administrator for Property Operations systems
What they’re looking for:
Demonstrable experience of training staff on the use of IT systems and equipment
Experience of working as a Systems Administrator
Experience of delivering objectives, using creative approaches to find efficiencies in working practices
The ability to create and maintain training plans
Confidence in dealing with people, sometimes in challenging situations
Ideally some experience of working within a property repairs environment, dealing with scheduling and mobile working systems and liaising with contractors / tradespeople
