One of the UK’s largest providers of IT Services is looking for a skilled infrastructure Project Manager with a strong track record of experience in Delivery Lifecycle and Governance. In addition, evidence of Process Design within a Platforms Management environment is essential.
Example responsibilities:
* Understand project requirements, design and finance associated to ensure scope is defined
* Liaise with construction teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure IT activities are scheduled in at the appropriate time and have enough time allocated
* Review / Manage TIS (Technical Information Sheet) forms for refurbishments /other PER (Project Engagement Request)
* Writing up statement of works and distributing to 3rd parties
* Creating and maintaining work trackers and schedules
* Raising changes on ServiceNow / attending CAB (Change Approval Board)
* Organising moves and changes including creation of move sheets
* Arrange the IT disposals and recycling
* Manage access requests
To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate:
* Previous project management experience needed in WAN, LAN, Network, IT, Relocation, Moves, Changes and Voice
* Extensive Microsoft Office experience with strong Excel skills
* Ability to monitor & manage project costs
* Closures – ensure all IT has been removed and logged/tracked Refurbishment has it been delivered to standard, as per the plan and IT security implications
* Site surveys – decision making for supplier activities (or escalation for decision)
With a start in January 2022 you will enjoy an initial term of 6 months with the possibility of extension. This position sits within IR35 and you will earn £400 a day.
