Project Management Executive – Financial Institute – Good Career Progression – Circa £30K

Project manage the Product Development team's portfolio of projects, to time and to budget, in order to deliver market leading products and services that members and customers value.

Main Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Head of Innovation and Product Development, make a major contribution to the development and execution of our strategy by:

Working closely with other teams across the company, project managing the Product Development team's portfolio of projects to time and within budget. Including:- project set up

– creating project plans and other key documents

– managingtimelines and milestones

– resource scheduling

– assessing risks

– tracking KPIs

– reporting progress

– identifying ROI to report to senior management.

Dealing with the Product Development team's operational processes and improvements such as resource planning, project management tools and KPI tracking.
Communicating with key stakeholders on projects, goals and progress to gain their support.
Working across departments to deliver own projects as well as identify opportunities to align with other activities that support the Product Development team with delivering its objectives.
Specific duties will vary from time to time in line with the business needs.

Experience

Demonstrable experience in managing concurrent projects to deliver high quality products and services appropriate for a professional audience.
Demonstrable stakeholder and relationship management skills ideally with global and local departments.
Excellent communication skills, including written, oral and presentation with experience in taking an active role in meetings.
Experienced in working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting on Return on Investment (ROI) to senior management.
Team player skilled in collaboration, helping others and acting as an advocate.
Highly-organised and efficient with experience in managing own workload and effective prioritisation of tasks.
