About The Role
AZTech are seeking a customer focused, experienced manager to manage the AZTech IT Professional Services Team and be the final decision maker on all pre-sales activity with our clients. You will come from an IT Managed Service Provider background, be motivated and technical with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A passion for technology and providing outstanding customer service is essential.

As the Professional Services Manager you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the best solutions in line with their business objectives, enabling them to transform and succeed using technology as well as manage a Senior Projects Solutions Engineer, Project Solutions Engineer and a Project Coordinator.
This will involve discussing clients' requirements and building technical solutions including Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, VMWare, On premises and firewalls. These solutions will be complex and varied so a strong and proven technical background is essential along with excellent people management skills and a drive to develop team members.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years experience from the background of an IT Managed Service Provider projects / pre-sales function, a motivated, natural problem solver with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage technical team members working on IT implementation projects.
It is essential to have a passion for technology and provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Pre-Sales & Project Scoping for the full project lifecycle
* Working with the team to deliver technical proposals and sessions for clients
* Assist and lead on the delivery of written technical solutions for clients as initiated by Account Management and Business Development function.
* Attend client meetings to help support the Account Management and Business Development function with new business leads, solution designs and strategy designs.
* Continually improve the standards and methodologies for solutions architecture within the business.
* Identifying opportunities for improvement both technically and in processes.
* Ensuring that regular one-to-one’s take place with team members.
Skills / Attributes Required
* 2 years experience in a similar role – must be experienced in MSP setting.
* Strong organisation, presentation, team leadership and customer service skills.
* Able to plan, develop and document complex technical solutions
* Highly organised and able to plan effectively and see things through to completion.
* High level of competency and ability to diagnose technical issues.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

* Windows Server / Exchange Server
* VMware & Hyper-V
* Active Directory
* Networking
* Backup and D/R Solutions, Veeam, Datto, Zerto, Acronis
* Cyber Essentials
Qualifications / Certifications (Achieved or working towards one of the following)
* Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
* MCSA / MCSE or Equivalent
* ITIL or Prince 2
Package Details
* Annual Salary depending on experience and accreditations
* 24 Days Holiday Increasing with long-service and your birthday off.
* The hours of work are 37.5 per week. Applicants must be flexible to work additional hours to fulfil the requirements of the job role.
