We are looking for a highly driven, ambitious, and enthusiastic individual with the experience to be an integral part of our customer data quality and controls and drive change through the review, analysis and management of system and process changes.

You’ll always be busy, through managing a small team of Data Administrators and Customer Information Officers, as well as dealing with colleagues across the organisation, and at all levels, to help identify, drive, and deliver change. No two days are the same and you’ll find the work highly rewarding. If successful, you’ll be handling a diverse range of challenges requiring strong analysis and problem-solving skills to deliver a high demand of transformation.
The role is based in our Customer Directorate, concentrating on our customer services, contact and experience teams as well as all the housing teams and services. Whether you have previous experience in housing, or the transferable skills from a different industry, ready for a new challenge, providing you have the right aptitude and share our Values we would love to hear from you!
This is a full-time role based on 37 hrs per week as maternity cover until mid-December 2022.
