Platform Administrator – IT, SAAS

The Platform Administrator will be responsible for the configuration of a new product platform and the day-to-day running, controls, and management of such. This will include accessibility, performance monitoring, security controls and compliance checks, periodic reporting and all related activities.

The role will govern and control all internal controls, configurations and set-ups on the platform, including the formation and communication of related processes, policies and training/support materials. In addition, will act as a 2nd line support for our internal teams, maintaining all related support records and tracking. The role will work closely with our platform provider to ensure all changes, released, issues are managed through a strict process.

Responsibilities

Management of access and controls of SaaS platforms.

Management of the back-office environment for SaaS platforms

Governance and oversight of access, usage and adherence to process

Monitoring and tracking of day-to-day activity and logs (in-line with controls and policies)

Periodic reporting and analysis of systems performance, usage, and security

Updating of relevant controls and policies related to access and controls (in-line with controls and policies)

Oversight of both Test and Production environments.

Management and support of releases, upgrades and patches – timing and communications

Monitoring or SaaS platform integration activity and API's

Experience

Experience working in a SAAS Environment

Strong understanding of access rights, segregation of duties and controls

Experienced with user set-up, configuration and monitoring

Experienced in working in a control and policy driven environment, and one open to audit and continual assessment.

Comfortable with collaborating with stakeholders/ end users
