Are you a Mid-level PHP Web Developer looking for that next step in your career?

The role:

What you will be called: PHP Developer. PHP Web Developer. Bob, Sue or Romesh. We don’t mind what you wish to call yourself – as long as you have a passion for software development & are a nice person to talk too.

Where you will work: A healthy mix of work from home & office. Our office is in the lovely Northamptonshire / Buckinghamshire area. Near to Milton Keynes & Northampton. Ideally 1 day a week in the office maybe if local-ish. If further a-field, then less often – maybe 2 days a month or similar? We can talk about it to see what works for you.

What you will earn: £35K – £40K Basic + Benefits Package (25 days holiday, 5 days charity holiday, pension, very flexible working arrangements, etc)

Did we also mention that we operate a very flexible working “day”, too?

We believe in output, rather than time spent doing something.

So if you work best at 5am in the morning (crazy person!) or your coding juju is drawn from the power of the dark from 5pm onward…we really don’t mind. If we can see your commits & output is strong, it really doesn’t matter.
