Ops Engineer / McAfee Specialist – Fixed Term Contract – Milton Keynes

Responsibilities for the Ops Engineer / McAfee Specialist –

* Conversion of Symantec DLP for Email & Web infrastructure to McAfee with the then support of McAfee products migrated along with Endpoint & CASB

* Ensuring availability of the existing service and the ability to deliver related projects and future implementations

* To maintain the environment & look to keep it at the forefront of technology

* Ensure 3rd Line support to end users & other technical colleagues

* Liaise with 3rd Parties/Software Vendors when required

* A team player being responsible for the DLP applications used

* Produce the DLP KPIs & MI reporting

* Ensuring process documentation & process guides are kept up to date in accordance with Audit & SOX controls.

Experience required for the Ops Engineer / McAfee Specialist –

Essential –

* A sound knowledge of McAfee DLP products including CASB

* SQL databases

* Exposure to Symantec DLP products

* An understanding of the principals of proxy servers, Email Gateway technologies & endpoints

* MS AD, LAN/WAN networks

* Experience with DLP controls in Cloud services

Desirable –

* SharePoint administration

* MVision Cloud

* MS Teams & M365 Apps

* Active Directory

* Exchange Online

* Microsoft 365 DLP technologies including Azure Information Protection
for M365

* Experience in the Financial Sector

* Experience with ITIL
