Operations Manager – the opportunity

This is a broad operations management role, leading many aspects of the organisation on a day-to-day basis, working to build the team while continuing to promote a culture of high performance and great morale, overseeing project and service delivery and contributing to strategy. It's a role that has huge potential to grow as the business develops.
Operations Manager – responsibilities: –
* Team management: hiring, training, scheduling, appraising etc
* Overseeing the delivery of projects and services, and their associated commercials
* Ownership and development of internal processes and systems and their documentation
* Manage Customer Satisfaction and Account Management, resolve issues and enhance customer experience
* Management and reporting of all internal KPI's
* Help to guide policy, planning and strategy
Operations Manager – requirements: –
* Track record of operational leadership in a Software/SaaS business or equivalent
* Excellent people management skills
* Skilled at building consensus internally and with partners
* Good understanding of commercials/financials
* Excellent understanding of the delivery of Software products & services
This is a hybrid role – 3 days in the office/2 days from home
