Operations Coordinator – ITIL, IT Managed Services
Milton Keynes

We are working with a leading IT Managed Services provider in Milton Keynes, who as part of their international growth, are looking to hire an Operations Coordinator to support their Head of IT Operations in day-to-day activities including the management of the Service Desk team.
This would be the ideal role for a Project / IT Coordinator who has a passion for IT and customer service along with commercial experience developing and improving processes, ideally within the ITIL framework, focussing on service delivery. Project management / Coordination skills would be advantageous, as would team leadership experience.
Our client is a small yet fast-growing technology services business who boast global customers across both private and public sectors. They operate a fast-paced, ever changing environment therefore this opportunity would suit someone who enjoys plenty of variety.
Responsibilities include:
Design and deliver IT service solutions in line with ITIL and industry best practice
Produce operational metrics / reports for customer service reviews
Troubleshoot and help to solve any technical issues
Monitoring the effectiveness of the team against SLA/KPI's, driving through change as needed to deliver continual service improvement
Assist with the onboarding of new Managed Services clients
Assist with the onboarding new staff members into the team
Assisting with interviews and meeting organisation
Managing and developing internal processes and guides
