NHS – Digital Deployment – O365 – Deployment Lead – Deployment Analyst – Project Analyst – Project Co-ordinator

We have an excellent contract opportunity available in Bedfordshire for an NHS Digital Deployment Lead / Project Analyst

The successful candidate will provide business Analysis skills and Clinical System Utilisation experience to GP Practices on a number of projects across Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Practices (BLMK).

Day to day tasks will include

Project documentation, updating trackers & supplying regular updates.
Reporting status to the Programme Manager and Project Support
Analysing and reporting on monthly utilisation statistics
Creating communication bulletins for wider circulation at CCG level
Able to deliver bite size training
Creation of how to guides and best practice guides
Participate in User Groups and presenting on aspects of software
Maximising the utilisation of systems and work with practices to increase utilisation within clinical systems
Work with general practice to ensure they get best value from clinical systems
Review and analyse the ongoing use of systems and applications
Undertake requirements gathering and accurately and documenting requirements for customer sign off
Identify risks (and clinical risks), escalate concerns
Test newly defined processes and corresponding IT functionality
Create process maps for current processes and future state with clinical IT systemsThe initial contract will be for 3 months ( Outside IR35) . Immediate start.
