Are you a Network Engineer with CCNA / CCNP experience looking to join a specialist, global Managed Service Provider where you will be offered great career progression and personal development opportunities?
On offer is a great opportunity for a Network Engineer to join a fast growing Managed Service Provider that invest heavily in there staff.
In this role you will be responsible for owning and managing Network & Security, 2nd and 3rd Level support issues, taking ownership of customer Network & Security solutions and providing technical backup to the Solutions Architect and Sales teams.
This well-established network and hosting provider are looking to add to their team due to huge demand for their world class Managed Services.
This role would suit a Network Engineer who is looking to take on more responsibilities or perhaps a Network Engineer looking to join a large global Managed Services Provider working on large customer accounts offering full training and development as you progress your career through to management.
The Role:
Resolving support calls and customer issues as appropriate.
Assist/train service desk staff.
Progression opportunities.The Person:
Network Engineering background.
Cisco, CCNA, CCNP.
