Our Global FTSE 250 client are urgently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.
As the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist, you will be responsible to lead the implementation of MS- Dynamics 365 CE as part of a wider business ERP and process re-engineering transformation programme.
As the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist, your role will hold the following responsibilities but not be limited to:
* Collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure a comprehensive set of functional requirements are captured
* Analysing requirements received from functional leads & key stakeholders to deliver functional design specification for any customisations required
* Providing functional expertise for CRM platform
* Understanding business needs, performing fit-gap analysis, determine best technical solution and leverage on default D365 CE capabilities to align with strategic objectives
* Support testing activities and training end users if required
* Assisting with integration of D365 CE with custom / 3rd party applications
* Ensuring MS standards are followed and system is configured optimally for performance
* Maintaining, managing and supporting D365 CE application post implementation
* Managing version control for custom code, builds, releases and deployment
* Work closely with technical consultants to design MS D365 CE functional solutions
* Developing quality documentation as per industry standards
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist will have a proven track record working in a global enterprise environment, as well as leading large-scale MS Dynamics 365 CE implementations. Possessing several years of strong experience in D365 related design and development in at least 2 full life cycle implementations of D365CE
