Our client, a leading technology and services organisation, is currently looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join their organisation to help them achieve the very best from their employees.
The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for leading and developing all programs and academies within the organisation, encompassing operational and technology staff and embedding a strong learning and development culture aligned to the organisational strategy.
Key responsibilities for the Learning & Development Manager
Designs and implement development programs and academies that align to goals and training needs
Partners with Heads of Departments, Senior Managers and People Business Partners to identify new development needs and create solutions accordingly
Consults with subject matter experts to publish and maintain course content and training curriculum.
Tracks employee development to gauge the success of programs and identify areas for improvement.
Produce reports for learning interventions and learning management information as required. Required Skills & Experience for the Learning & Development manager
A passion for people development and continuous improvement.
Previous experience designing online and classroom-based training programmes.
Ability to build positive and productive collaborative relationships with business partners.
