Lead Java Developer

Client Profile:

Now is a fantastic opportunity to join a large transport-technology company as they search for experienced, highly-skilled Developers to become part of a brand new Digital Product Team at their Milton Keynes office. They have recently secured multiple multi-million pound contracts, and are in the works of developing a green-field product that will revolutionize passenger-focused solutions.

As a Lead Java Developer, you will manage the back end team and get to work with the latest technologies to implement software in accordance with business quality standards and user-stories. You will work alongside and collaborate with Solution Architects and Project Managers to enhance the architecture, estimate user-stories and then deliver as part of the software-development-lifecycle.

Requirements:

·6-10+ years’ experience in back end development

– Expereince in a Lead Developer position

·Core Java

·Java 8 and above

·Unit-Testing & Mocking-frameworks (Karma, Jasmine, Junit etc.

·Eclipse/IntelliJ

·Spring

·Knowledge of AWS

Desirable:

-Linux

-No SQL

-Hibernate/JPA

-Docker and Microservices

-Gulp/Maven/NPM/Bower/Ansible

-GIT Source Control

-RabbitMQ
