Lead Developer

Location: High Wycombe

Salary: £100,000

Quadranet Systems are looking for a special developer to help lead the business. We supply the hospitality industry with a comprehensive software solution delivered on static terminals as well as tablets. The solution is integrated and recognised as the best in the industry.

The Role

Our lead developer is nearing the end of his career so we need to look for a replacement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a dev ops strategy which the company can take forward
Ensure that targets for deliverables are met
Liaise with both the Head of Infrastructure and the Head of Development on directional travel for the business

The qualities we are looking for are:

Knowledge of new and emerging technologies and applying them to our industry
A commercial attitude to learn the existing system and how it benefits restaurants
Ability to structure the development department. There is a requirement to build a new in-house team
A strong personality with gravitas to present the solution to our customers
Able to cope with deadlines
