Junior Product Manager – eCommerce – Graduates with internships/sandwich years considered

A unique opportunity for a Junior Product Manager to gain the exciting opportunity to be trained and developed in the fast-paced world of eCommerce Product Management gaining exposure to designing and managing a portfolio of audio consumer products.

Location – Bedford, UK (due to the physical nature of products you will need to be on-site)

Salary – £25,000 – £30,000 per annum plus comprehensive benefits

Requirements for Junior Product Manager – eCommerce

* Degree educated in a subject related to Product Management i.e. Business, Marketing or Engineering

* Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills – this role will involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders

* You will have worked in an eCommerce environment (happy to consider a year in industry/6 months+ of internships)

* Good technical acumen

* Entreprenuerial

* Looking to work in a fast-paced dynamic end environment

* Willingness to travel to the Far East for approx. 2 weeks of the year

* Full driving license

Responsibilities for Product Manager –Consumer Electronics

You will be given a Senior Product Manager as your mentor and under their training and guidance become resposnible for:

* Brainstorm through to design and specification to create product ranges

* Ensure quality while sourcing manufacturers, production, pricing and delivery

* Bring new products to market

* Launch products in a fast and effective manner

* Identify new product ranges through market research and analysis, with the support of the sales team

* Product lifecycle management including leading a continuous improvement program

* Ensure margin targets are achieved and maintained

* Direct international factories, predominantly in the Far East in product development including materials, specification and performance requirements.

* Create new and innovative product concepts with the support of the product design team and turn them into reality with defining manufacturing briefs

* Run product testing and focus groups to ensure product satisfaction
