This is a fantastic opportunity to join at a time of growth and expansion as a Dev Ops Engineer/Systems Administrator. The role is key to the business – building, optimising, maintaining and supporting the high availability, on-line platforms. The role will work closely with the development team to deliver new project implementations and support the existing systems as the company continues to grow.

They develop and implement cutting-edge analytical solutions to make sense of commercial data for retailers across the UK, such as Morrisons, The Co Op, and many, many more.

Due to their growth, they need a Junior Dev Ops Engineer to join their friendly, agile team. As mentioned, this role is imperative to the business as they are continuously developing new solutions, exploring new technologies and growing their platform drastically. You will get to help improve and grow their DevOps capability whilst at the same time progress your skills and experience. (The company are keen on developing their employees)

ROLE: Cloud Operations Engineer / Dev Ops

SALARY: £35,000 – £45,000! Plus pension scheme, 25 (plus your birthday off), team building days, flexible and home working environment, free parking and personal development days

LOCATION: Cranfield with home and flexible working

You will ideally need:

-Experience and knowledge of CI practices
-Linux Server administration
-Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
-Kubernetes experience

Any of this stuff would be great:

-Any experience in monitoring/logging platforms eg. DataDog
-web technologies and frameworks such as flask, Django
