Are you a recent Graduate or a Junior Developer at the start of their software development career?

Would you like to join a company who can train, develop & support you, as you put into real world practice, the coding skills you’ve learned so far?

Our CTO started off as a graduate here, so we can honestly say that you will be well looked after & be set on the path of proper software development practices!

We mostly develop our suite of business web applications in PHP / JavaScript, so if you have any experience in these languages, then that would be ideal. However, it is not required – you may have been taught in Java, tinkered in Python, or dabbled in any OO language really.

Aside from that, you will want to work with a motivated bunch of people in the wider company, where you will learn about business & in general, how things work at a modern software company.

The role:

What you will be called: Graduate Developer. Junior Developer. PHP Developer. Maybe just Steve, Susan or Deepak. 

Where you will work from: A healthy mix of Work from Home & office. As much or as little as you want. You’ll likely be local-ish to our Northampton / Milton Keynes offices, as we do think it’s important that Juniors get as much time as possible with their more senior mentors for their own development.

What you will earn: £22K – £25K Basic + Benefits package (25 days holiday, 5 charity holiday days of your choice, pension, etc)
