Our Finance team is moving to innovative data solutions to support the business with a 360-degree view of our organisation.
Finance is the backbone function of the organisation supporting all aspects related to the bank financial activity from self-funding, meeting regulatory commitments, define the rates for our products, capital calculations, and many more. We are implementing more sophisticated ways to not only observe how our organisation works but also predict its behaviour with focus on our customer's behaviour.

We aim to practice Test Driven Development with the goal of having sufficient confidence in our test coverage to enable direct and continuous delivery of our software into production

Review quality by carrying checks and to support your colleagues with peer reviews as required
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our team, both through teaching and through learning
What you'll bring.
A software engineer who takes pride in their craftsmanship and in the results that they deliver
A mid level developer with back-end Java skills. Expert member of product squad, with strong knowledge and experience in developing APIs, Back End processes and queue management
It would also be nice for you to have.
Technical skills – PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, React, GIT, Jenkins, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and SQL
Strong consultative approach to projects with experience of liaising with and influencing stakeholders
Experience with continuous delivery practices
A self-motivated team player with the communication and collaboration skills to keep our team productive and fun
What else you need to know.
This is a permanent role that is currently office based/Home based until corona virus restrictions are lifted, where it will remain a hybrid role.
