Role – Full Stack Java Developer / Software Engineer – Java / JavaScript

Salary: £60 – 65K + 10/12% Bonus + Good Pension + Private Health etc (Corp Bens)

Location: 100% Work from Home with offices in the Midlands and in London

We are looking for a Full Stack Java Developer with solid skills in JavaScript to join the team who are working on leading edge products in the Big Data / Data Science Arena. This is a 100% product development role developing new products and new iterations of existing platforms.

– The company follows latest and best practice methodologies and technology. Agile / Scrum, Pair Programming, TDD, DevOps etc. 

– The product is a scalable, distributed, containerised, cloud-hosted enterprise application.

– You will be using modern tech e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Spring Boot, as well as learning some niche big data technologies such as in-memory databases (Hazelcast).

What we’re looking for:

– Extensive Java Development experience working on a multi-user, web-based software

– Full stack experience specifically JavaScript/Ajax frameworks

– Web Services REST/XML/JSON

– Agile/Scrum

– TDD/Unit Testing experience
