Our client has an exciting opportunity for an IT Systems Trainee to join their team.

Required Duties and responsibilities

● Provide 1st and 2nd line support for IT

● Testing of development and upgrades

● Responding to help desk tickets

● Report creation and maintenance

● Carry out routine tasks as assigned

Required skills and experience

● Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience

● Keen interest in IT

● Understanding of relational databases

● Team player

● Microsoft office

Desirable

Any knowledge/experience of the following:

● SQL Databases, HTML, CSS, Powershell, VMWare, IIS, Agile workflows, Jira, Magento,

ODBC Reporting, ERP systems, AWS

● Providing service to others
