An opportunity for a First Line IT Support Technician to work on our IT Support Helpdesk.
The successful candidate will have at least a year's experience of IT support and an in-depth knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365.
Any understanding of Microsoft Server, Active Directory and Exchange would be an advantage.
Working on our helpdesk Mon – Fri on changing shifts covering 8:00am to 4:30pm or 10am to 18:30pm
Courses can be taken to achieve certification from Cisco, Microsoft etc.
Ideally living within 15 miles of MK.
