IT Support Technician / Engineer, Milton Keynes
A brand new vacancy for a 1st/2nd line IT Support Engineer / Technician, ideally with around 2 years' experience to join a friendly, independent IT solutions company based in Milton Keynes. The company is a highly regarded MSP providing full IT system design, installation, commissioning and support services to clients in and around the Milton Keynes and Beds/Bucks/Northants areas (including us -so you'd better be good!!). As a key member of the Service Desk Team you will be responsible for providing friendly telephone and remote access support to customers, ensuring minimum interruption to their own businesses. You will provide best in class support including creating/logging and managing tickets through the cradle to grave lifecycle, ensuring KPIs/SLAs are achieved or exceeded.

Key technical skill for 1st 2nd Line IT support Technician are:
* Windows 10 Desktop Support
* Windows RDS and Direct Access
* Understanding AV technologies and IT systems on a technical level
* Datto RMM Or use with RMM software
* Microsoft 365 Administration
* Ideally, familiarity with Autotask, IT Glue, and full MSP technology stack
Any of the following would also be beneficial (but not essential):
* Intune / Autopilot Advantageous
* Adobe Suite (deployments & troubleshooting)
* Active Directory Management
* Apple macOS MDM (Jamf, Jumpcloud, Addigy ect)
* Apple macOS Desktop Support
* Degree or Formal IT qualification, ideally MCSE/MCITP or multiple MCPs
