Who are we looking for?
You will need to be:
• Approachable, friendly with good communication skills and a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Have either a formal IT qualification or 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Be able to work well under pressure and multi-task.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and prioritise your workload.
• Be able to work as part of a wider team.
• Have a full UK drivers’ license and willingness to occasionally travel (UK) for site installations
Experience of the following areas would be an advantage:
• IT Networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VOIP, Switches, Firewalls & Routers)
• Microsoft Windows 10, Server, Office & Exchange applications
• Windows Servers & clients (Active Directory, Group policy, DNS etc)
• Remote Access
• IT Security & backups
• Printers and peripherals
• VoIP Telephony systems
• EPOS Terminals, including card payment devices
• Handheld scanners/barcoding equipment
• MDM: IOS devices
• Remote Access systems
• MacOS
• Retail and warehousing experience
