About the role
We're looking for an outstanding communicator and relationship builder with proven experience working within an IT service desk role. Ability to prioritise, triage and trouble shoot as well as manage multiple tasks at once is a must. We're looking for someone with experience of working with Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, OneDrive and SCCM, ITIL Fundamentals, networking fundamentals and experience of full IT asset lifecycle management.
The role is varied with both remote and in person support as well as involving moving and installing computer equipment in various locations. The role is primarily based at our Head Office – Glory Park in Wooburn Green – but will require in person work at our other office locations too. In order to fulfil the duties of this post a vehicle, current driving licence and suitable insurance for business use will be required.
The role is a 12 month fixed term contract providing additional support to the team while one of our long standing members is seconded to a new and exciting post supporting a major transformation project.
