A good opportunity to work, for 3 months initially but with the possibility of extension, as IT Support Manager within a well established business.
You'll be responsible for leading the support team and working with vendors and third party to ensure that business crticial applications, networks and other infrastructure are maintained and supported to a high level. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to build business cases and deal with high profile incidents, and you'll measure and improve customer satisfaction.
You'll need solid technical experience in IT Support across applications, systems and networks, and a background in leading service desk teams. Formal qualifications in ITIL would be preferred, and experience of working with ServiceNow or a similar tool would be helpful. Previous experience in the healthcare industry would be particularly valuable.
The role will start in early January and will pay around £(Apply online only)pd; the role will be inside IR35 post April 2021 if extended.
