An IT Support Engineer is required to join a busy and successful MSP. To utilise your 1st line knowledge and progress through to 2nd line over time. Salary up to £25,000 depending on experience. 

Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Support engineer with a years’ experience, looking to take a step up into a more established role with a clear progression guideline.  You’ll join their existing team and become a key player assisting with troubleshooting, installing, maintaining, and supporting a range of IT systems. It would predominantly be office based with occasions of visiting customer sites.

Skills Required

The IT Support Engineer will ideally have the following experience:

Essential:

Proficient in Microsoft Operating systems, including Desktop Windows O/S 7
Windows 10, Some understandingexposure of Windows Server 2008 – 2012 R2
Understanding of Networking Protocols and TCP/IP fundamentals.
Driving License & Car
Advantageous:

Windows Server 2016
Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint skills are also highly desirable
Any ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, and Apple qualifications
Managed Service Provider environment 
Location
Milton Keynes

Commutable from:

Northampton, Aylesbury, Bedford, Buckingham

Working Hours

Monday – Friday – Hours are operated on a shift basis

e.g. 8am-4:30pm, 9am-5:30pm or 9:30am to 6pm
