We are looking for experience of Microsoft Windows Server, Azure and MS Intune and 2 years experience in a Technical Support role.

What the IT support Engineer will be doing:

Provide technical support

Management and pro active monitoring of the company Azure cloud footprint

Management and support of MS Intune

Support network components

Application upgrades and patching

Key criteria  required to be considered for this fantastic IT Support Engineer role

3 years experience in a technical support role

3 years MS Windows server system administration

Good knowledge of MS Azure administration 

Knowledge of MS Intune administration

Solid experience of virtualisation tech such as VMWare and Hyper-V

Knowledge of networking

Solid experience of upgrades and patching
