This is a great opportunity for a 1st line / 2nd line Service Desk Analyst to join a progressive, established company during a period of growth. Working on a diverse client base from SME to global enterprise size customers, you will work on varied technical 1st Line and 2nd Line Support problems across the Microsoft and related technology stack – Office 365, Citrix, Active Directory, Exchange etc
IT Training is available as learning and development is actively encouraged, both on the job and through certification with help on costs and time to do this.
It's a lovely place to work with real collaborative attitude and no blame culture, currently home based but will be a mix of office and home based in the future.
They are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst with strong 1st line / 2nd line Office 365 / O365, Citrix and general Microsoft Windows experience who can bring existing technical support skills and experience but also new ideas and help grow and improve the service offered to their customers.
Joining an existing team as a Level 1 Support Desk Analyst you will work alongside level 2 and level 3 analysts to provide excellent customer service.
This is a technical job and will have opportunities to progress your career internally, both technically and with progressing to other departments.
Responsibilities include
* First line support for IT issues and problems on the Service Desk / Helpdesk / IT Support desk
* Exposure to and work with 2nd line and 3rd line supporting a vast range of technology: Microsoft Windows Desktop / Server Operating Systems (up to 2019), Citrix, Active Directory, Office 365 / O365, Skype for Business, Exchange, Wireless, Cloud, Anti-Virus and similar stack of technologies
* Support of computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones and applications.
* Basic troubleshooting and assisting in more in-depth troubleshooting with senior analysts.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a background in computing, problem solving skills, knowledge of IT and computer products and be able to work on your own as well as within a team.
The desk covers 2 shifts (day shifts) following a 4 day on 4 day off shift pattern

Based in central Milton Keynes, MK9 1AZ, this role is easily commutable from places such as Milton Keynes, Northampton, Bedford, Luton, Aylesbury, Bicester, Banbury, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, Bucks.
Skills: Service Desk / Support Desk / Helpdesk experience, 1st line support, 2nd line support, Microsoft Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Citrix, Active Directory, O365, Exchange. Nice to have: Cloud, Azure, Citrix CCA, MCP, ITIL framework.
