An IT Support Assistant is required for a global company based in High Wycombe who offer amazing progression opportunities along with a superb working environment. A salary of £20,000 per year is offered, this is flexible depending on experience.

Full training will be given with this position so no experience is necessary, however some understanding of development technologies, an excellent telephone manner and a passion for self improvement.

You will assist customers with solving technical problems, installation and integrations of this software to the client’s systems. You will recognise on-site errors and provide solutions to resolve the issue. You will be provided with training on the software and products, but must have a keen interest in IT. You must have impeccable telephone manner.

Required skills
The IT Support Assistant will ideally have the following skills / qualifications:

–          A keen interest in IT systems
–          Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PP etc.
–          Excellent telephone manner
–          Educated in a computer-related qualification GCSE, A Level or College

–   Any exposure, interest or experience with development technologies would be advantegeous
