IT SUPPORT ANALYST

Monday – Friday (37.5 hours minimum per week)

Temp – Perm

£10ph Temporary (4-8weeks)

If taken on Permanently after this period salary will be £20kpa

*Clean UK Driving License is essential

The Client:

Our client, based near Aylesbury, are looking for an organised and flexible individual with IT and Tech experience to assist their Senior Technical Officer. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience in IT and be confident in their ability to deliver excellent customer service. This is a brilliant opportunity to work across multiple areas of the company, gaining rounded experience and supporting a strong, experienced team.

The Role:

* Provide technical support via telephone and email, as well as in person.

* Working to support all areas of the business as needed.

* Assist the IT Manager and Senior Technical Officer.

The Requirements:

* Proven IT/Tech capabilities across multiple platforms.

* Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

* Experience with remote desktops (Citrix/RDS).
