IT Support Analyst – 1st & 2nd Line
Location: Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire, HP14 3SX

Due to an exciting period of digital change within IT, we now have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join our friendly team.
The main aim of the 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst is to provide IT Analysis and Support Services to the main UK business and end user clients.
The successful candidate will be professional, positive and enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service.
Experience of working within a similar IT role within the industry would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.
Key duties and responsibilities of the IT Support Analyst:
* Provide 1ST/2ND Line technical support across workplace IT systems and web applications
* Significant liaison with colleagues, IT suppliers and customers
* Solves complex problems with creative solutions
* Produce high quality documentation relating to IT services
* Maintaining a high degree of customer service
Essential experience and qualifications:
* 2+ years’ experience within a busy IT Support & Operations team
* Enterprise IT Service Management tools, eg, Service-Now
* Microsoft Active Directory and Office365 administration tools
* Windows OS deployment methods and troubleshooting (2nd line)
* Mobile Device Management tools specifically for IOS and Android devices
* Microsoft O365 suite of apps; Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OneDrive
* Supporting remote working
* Excellent communication skills
Preferred experience and qualifications:
* Automotive industry experience preferred, but not essential
* Training and experience working for an MSP or multi-site organisation preferred
* ITIL v3/4 foundation and training an advantage
* MSCP / MCSA qualifications (Windows 10) highly desirable
* Be confident in providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external users
