There is a new opening for a 1st Line IT Support analyst to join a growing innovation firm in Milton Keynes. This role is in place to ensure the effective and timely support of the company's IT Infrastructure in accordance with predefined SLAs. The role will perform varying day-to-day operational activities per defined timelines and participate in the implementation of IT related strategies, policies and processes.
Responsibilities:
– Maintaining the IT Service Desk System, triage and respond to user enquiries in a timely manner, and in accordance with the agreed SLAs.
– Ensure incidents/requests are logged, categorised, responded to and resolved in accordance with their priorities.
– User support both remote and in the office.
– User/Device Enrolment and Access Management.
– On-boarding new users, including setting up of user accounts, computers, mobile phones and delivering IT Induction training.
– Maintaining user access to the file server and services.
– Monitor end-point machines (backup status, virus, updates and security vulnerabilities) and ensure IT Security Policy Compliance.
Skills:
– Experience in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
– Experience with device hardware builds and deployment of software images.
– Experience in Microsoft Office product suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
– Experience administering staff accounts via MS and/or Azure Active Directory.
– Experience in troubleshooting, supporting and administering users in Microsoft365 product suite – Office365, MS SharePoint and MS Teams
