Due to our continued growth, we are looking to appoint an Engineer to join our Professional Services team based in Wooburn Green.
To be successful you must have excellent customer service and quality management skills. A real passion for technology and support are essential.
The Role
* To provide support to the Professional Services team with implementation and deployment of projects
* Escalate issues (where required) to Senior Consultants
* Involvement with technical handovers from Professional Services team to Service Desk
* The role requires some travel to client sites
Required from you for the role:
* UK Full driving license
* Helpdesk or onsite experience
Desired Experience:
* Windows Server (Apply online only))
* Microsoft Exchange online, Office 365 administration
* Active Directory, Group Policy Management and Print Management
* Windows Server Backup, Disaster recovery as a service
* Remote Desktop Services
* Server Hardware (Dell, HP, Lenovo)
* Understanding of network topologies
* Storage configuration (Virtual, SAN, RAID)
* Troubleshooting firewalls/routers, wireless access points and switches
* Microsoft certifications specifically MCSA Office 365 or equivalent
