Our client has an exciting opportunity for an IT Helpdesk Trainee to join their team. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support for IT and respond to help desk tickets and IT support calls. In addition, you will carry out routine tasks as assigned
Required skills and experience
● Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience
● Keen interest in IT with good troubleshooting skills
● Team player, willing to get involved in resolving issues
● Good communication skills
Desirable
Any knowledge/experience of the following:
● Windows 10, Word, Excel, Outlook, Server 2016 or above
● Active Directory, Group Policies, Exchange
● Basic understanding of network hardware and technologies
● Virtualisation
● Providing service to others
