IT Helpdesk Trainee (Graduates wanted or someone looking to get into IT)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an IT Helpdesk Trainee to join our Milton Keynes based IT Infrastructure Team for our UKs leading distributor for premium bicycles, clothing, parts, and accessories.

Key responsibilities:

The role's aim is to ensure smooth running of our clients business systems by supporting day to day issues raised through their help desk. There will also be lots of projects and upgrades to get involved in.

Required Duties and responsibilities:

Provide 1st and 2nd line support for IT
Responding to help desk tickets and IT support calls
Carry out routine tasks as assignedSkills required:

Keen interest in IT with good troubleshooting skills
Team player, willing to get involved in resolving issues
Good communication skills Desirable:

Any knowledge/experience of the following:

Windows 10, Word, Excel, Outlook, Server 2016 or above
Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience
Active Directory, Group Policies, Exchange
Basic understanding of network hardware and technologies
Virtualisation
Providing service to others
