Our Milton Keynes based client is looking for a Service Desk Engineer Team Leader to join their forward-thinking, innovative company.
Position: Service Desk Engineer Team Leader
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm
Salary: Competitive salary (DOE)
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving agreed service levels, at both ticket and telephone level, at both team and individual level.
Responsible for building relationships with customers, attending service reviews and onboardings, managing customers escalations.
Responsible for ensuring all tickets with the team are analysed for urgency and impact and then prioritised and allocated accordingly.
Responsible for managing the progression of allocated tickets and ensuring requests are being managed within the team.
Responsible for developing a set of serviceable metrics to highlight individual and team performance and help develop everyone within the team.
You will require:
Proven experience in a Team Leader role.
Demonstrated understanding of incident, problem and change management, at ITIL Foundation level.
Experience with SharePoint.
Proficiency in MS Office suite including Visio
