IT Helpdesk Support Analyst – The Role:

As Fisher & Paykel Appliances moves into a new phase of its history, global demand for both our appliances and technology is growing. To gain momentum as a global player leading innovation in the appliances market, we are looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Support Analyst to join our team in Milton Keynes, England.
As the first point of contact for all IT related issues, you'll be required to provide high quality first level support by troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving IT incidents and Service Requests. As always, standard operating procedures will need to be followed to ensure the timely and correct resolution or escalation of all IT related matters.
There will be a variety of requests, but through it all you be expected to provide excellent customer service to internal customers and users across the business.
There will be various queries and issues with the organisation's computer systems, PC's, networks, telephony systems and mobile devices via Phone, E-mail and chat queues.
IT Helpdesk Support Analyst – So who are you?
We are looking for a highly collaborative, driven IT professional who has previous experience in an IT environment where you were responsible for providing end-to-end IT issue resolutions. An associate degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, and/or IT would be ideal.
